TutorGNV Payment Policy

Pre-payment is required for the first session. This payment is due at least 24 hours prior to the session. If using scholarship funds, service requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the first session. For all subsequent sessions, invoices/Venmo/Paypal requests are to be paid within 5 business days of receipt. Failure to pay within 5 business days may result in a temporary pause in services. Chronic late payments (more than 2) will result in pre-payment of future services.

TutorGNV Cancellation Policy

Same day cancellations and no-shows are very disruptive to our business as tutors carefully prepare and reserve time to meet with your student. Cancelling due to illness in the family is always acceptable. However, cancelling because a student comes home without any homework is not cause to cancel - the tutor can always work on reinforcing skills and enrichment. Same day cancellations (other than illness related) are charged the full session fee.
