Communication is EXTREMELY important for developing great relationships. We promptly return calls, texts, emails and keep you informed of your student’s progress.
Our tutors meet for sessions at convenient public locations, such as libraries, schools, or coffee shops.
Depending on location and time, our tutors may travel to your home for an additional fee. (typically $10 per session)

Cancellation Policy
We all know that life with kids can be unpredictable. To ensure the best outcome for your student, we strongly encourage rescheduling a session rather than cancelling. We request that you contact your tutor 24 hours in advance to cancel/reschedule sessions. Same-day cancellations will be charged $15 (waived if your student or immediate family member is sick). No-shows (no prior notice) will be charged the full session fee.
